1. About amoor

amoor is an AI interior design product that helps users visualize room redesigns from photos, style selections, and written design instructions. The app is intended for inspiration, planning, and concept exploration.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least the age required in your region to use the service or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using amoor, you confirm that you are legally able to accept these Terms.

3. Your Use of the Service

You may use amoor only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.

4. Photos, Prompts, and User Content

You are responsible for the photos, written notes, project names, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and to send it for AI processing.

amoor is designed without its own project-storage backend, and user projects are generally stored locally on your device. However, content you choose to process may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate requested design results.

5. AI-Generated Results

Design outputs are generated automatically by AI and may vary in quality, accuracy, style, and usefulness. Results are provided for inspiration and concept exploration only. They are not architectural, engineering, construction, structural, electrical, safety, legal, or professional design advice.

You should independently evaluate any idea, layout, material, furniture choice, or renovation concept before relying on it in real life.

6. Subscriptions, Tokens, and Purchases

Certain features of amoor may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, such as additional generations or premium access. If you purchase through the Apple App Store, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and policies.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Token balances, usage allowances, and feature availability may vary by plan and may change over time.

7. Intellectual Property

amoor, its branding, interface, software, copy, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

8. No Warranty

amoor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, amoor and its affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, business, opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the service.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the service, users, or our rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version on this page. Continued use of amoor after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
